🛍️ Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
- Due to hygiene reasons, stickers and similar items cannot be returned once opened.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

- We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty items or errors on our part.
- If you receive a partial refund, the reason will be explained.
